First talks with a prospective Japanese partner firm for the importation ofа JDM vehicle parts to North America have taken place, the format of delivery and the logistics required for a successful launch of the service are presently being evaluated by our team and various supply chain sources
March 27 2007:
Initial meeting with the Mayor ofа a North shore town inаQuebec, in order to asses the possibility of acquiring additional property in theаregion .
This property is located in the town center and does contain a natural spring water source that may be exploited for the ever increasing demand for bottled water around the globe.
Should this acquisition take place, a feasibility study toа integrate a bottled water plant may be in the future for MFM International Inc.
March 10 2007:
Initial contact has been made with a Far eastern vehicle manufacturer in order to investigate the possibility of a vehicle that would be purchased in semi kit format that would be offered to the North American public.
This vehicle seats 5 passengers and would be powered by a sub 1 liter engine, allowing extremely economical transport for the public at a delivered cost substantially under the traditional price for a comparable vehicle.
Information will be forthcoming once a Letter of Intent is formally signed by both parties.
