MFM International Inc., headquartered in Montreal, is a vertically integrated company operating in both the personal transportation industry, as well the Transport Aircraft market.

Presently the RYDZ division is responsible for the importation of used Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) vehicles such as the Skyline GTR as well as the ecological alternatives such as the Suzuki Carry mini truck and various Toyota and Nissan diesel powered vehicles under Canada's 15 year old importation rule.

MFM International Holdings is a majority shareholder in Aeroneuf Instruments Ltd, an aircraft instrument repair facility located in Dorval Canada, as well as the majority shareholder in American Instrument Corporation based in New York state.

MFM International is also active in the industrial and commercial building sector, presently owning outright several retail and industrial locations in its present portfolio and is in an active acquisition mode to increase its real-estate holding's further.
